As responsible Labrador Retriever breeders, we promise to never own more than five breeding

dogs at any one time. (We currently have three (Remi, Chloe, and Katie) and do not

plan to add to our family until after Chloe's first litter).

We will never breed any dog(s) before certifications have been issued

(OFA, CERF, PENN Hip etc.). 

We will never breed any dogs unless we are very confident the entire litter will be sold

before the litter is 4 weeks old.

(you must wait to six to eight weeks before your puppy can go home)

We will only allow your puppy to leave us after:

1.a full physical examination with emphisis on hips, heart, lungs and eyes

by a state licensed Veterinarian and has current vaccinations and wormings with health records

2.a micro-chip has been implanted,

3.a large ziplock bag full of puppyfood is offered, 

4.and a toy from the puppy room that has been enjoyed by and smells like all the other litter mates.

We will take back any puppy, for any reason;

Full refund as long as the puppy is in proper health-(no questions asked) within the first 30 days (although we would probably like to know...lol) 

We will take a dog back for any reason, anytime.  (we will want to know) 

We will never put any dogs or puppies, ours or not, in harms way at any time.

The following should go without saying, 

WE WILL NEVER, EVER, TAKE ANY DOGS

OR PUPPIES TO ANY ANIMAL SHELTER, RESCUE, OR ANY OTHER PLACE WHERE SOME PEOPLE

ABANDON THEIR PET.
