Texas White Labs, breeding very light yellow lab puppies, is a small operation located in North Texas, specializing in very high quality Labradors. We whelp and raise all our puppies inside our house, in my master bathroom. They are under constant supervision while under our care. Our labs are some of the most passive house dogs around. They love to play fetch, to stay by your side, and they can be trained to hunt, but won't have that hyper "constant drive" as a field hunter does (unless you train them to do so). We breed both the English and American type of Labradors and our litters are generally a combination of the two. That is, litters that are English with American infuences and litters that are American with English infuences- they are square-headed, and the body tends to be a bit taller/slender as opposed to stocky or pointed muzzle. Our primary concerns in order of importance are: Health, Confirmation, Temperament, Socialization, and then Coat Color. .

.. A Texas White Lab puppy comes with limited registration to approved homes. Full registration is possible at a premium. We are very careful to insure our puppies go to fantastic homes. Our puppies are born in our master bathroom and stay inside our house until they go to their forever homes. We interact with our puppies constantly. We introduce them to Bio Sensor and Early Neurological Stimulation. As they get older, we allow them in the kitchen, family area, and in the back yard. They are well socialized with adults and children as well as other adult dogs in a warm and loving family atmosphere. We can hold them in our arms, on their backs and cradle them like a baby. We pride ourselves on producing big, sound, white, soft, teddy bear-like puppies that grow into wonderful house pets, service and therapy dogs.We don't have a kennel. We keep all our dogs and puppies inside our home. You cannot put a price on the kind of development and socialization that these puppies are introduced to and the result is a temperment that is truly awesome. These dogs are house dogs, 100%, and we expect our puppies to go to loving homes where crate training is the standard and not to be left outside or in different parts of the house from where you are. Labradors are very affectionate and social creatures. If kept isolated, they develop habits such as digging, chewing, barking, and generally destroying everything in your backyard.

We socialize and handle our puppies several
times throughout every day and exposed to all the normal (and sometimes, not-so-normal) goings-on of family life. Indoor sounds
including, but certainly not limited to, vacuum cleaners, garbage disposal, big dogs barking, phones ringing, hair dryer,
door bell, television, stereo, older children playing/screaming, as well as outside noises like lawn mowers, trash trucks,
helicopters, planes (we live under a Dallas/Fort Worth airport's flight path and near a Care-Fight station), motorcycles,
emergency vehicles and the like. We try to expose them to as many different sounds as possible so that when they come to your
home, some of these sounds are fimiliar. We also begin using a crate as soon as appropreate. When it is time to go to their new homes, our puppies are very close to being potty-trained, but are in no way house-broken. They will let you know when they need to go out, but they can't hold it for too long. I take them out to do their business, then I bring them back inside and get them back to sleep right away. This helps to get a night time sleeping pattern going. So when you take your new puppy home, you are already started on the housebreaking and sleeping through the night. We get reports of successfully "sitting on command", as well as "shake, and "lay-down" at seven to nine weeks! We feel that we offer an unmatched "head start" for puppies in our loving environment. We grow very fond of our puppies and it's often very hard to see them leave. We love getting pictures and updates from our puppies.
All our puppies come with up to date shots, wormings, dew claws removed, micro-chipped, registered with the American Kennel Club, and come with a written guarantee that they are clear of inherited hip, elbow and eye problems for a period of 26 months. We test and breed only OFA certified dogs for the best possible hips, elbows, eyes, heart, thyroid, EIC, CNM, and patella. Registration is AKC Limited. The color will be registered as yellow.
